  • Do not fight back - you may end up getting hurt or in trouble.

Answer: It can be hitting someone, spoiling their work, sending nasty messages, taking their money, making fun of them, or ignoring them regularly. Remember it can happen to anyone, it is never their fault.

Answer: They might be jealous, need attention or want other people to be afraid of them. They may have been bullied themselves, or they feel unhappy with their lives. Bullies can be come addicted to the power and control they have over others.
Question: What should I do if I see someone being bullied?
Answer: Tell an adult straight away, because you should always help. Don’t try to deal with the bullies on your own.
Question: What could be the consequences of bullying?
Answer: Being bullied can be very upsetting. It is very serious, because as an adult a bully could be breaking the law.
